Craig J. Cerny, MBA, Founder, Chairman

Mr. Cerny is the founder of Harrington Wealth Management Company as well as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Los Padres Bank and its holding company, Harrington West Financial Group, Inc. Previously, Mr. Cerny served as a Principal and Board Member of Smith Breeden Associates, where he was responsible for over $15 billion of bank portfolio assets from advisory clients. Smith Breeden is a top money management and financial advisory firm with over $20 billion in assets under management. Mr. Cerny's financial and investment expertise includes significant experience with complex financial instruments, mortgages, and efficient portfolio allocation strategies. He received an M.B.A. with distinction and a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University.

Richard E. Harrison, MBA, President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Harrison, with approximately twenty years of trust and investment management experience, is the manager of all trust and investment related functions for Harrington Wealth Management Company. Prior to joining Harrington Wealth Management, he served in trust and investment management positions with Union Federal Savings Bank and Irwin Union Bank. He was also a trust examiner with the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions. Mr. Harrison earned a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University and an M.B.A. with honors from the University of Indianapolis. He is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association Trust School.

David R. Goodman, MBA, Senior Vice President of Client Relations

Mr. Goodman has more than thirty years of banking and investment management experience. He served as President of the Mark Twain Plaza Bank and as President and shareholder of the Lenexa National Bank. In 1996, Mr. Goodman and his partner formed F&G Capital Management LLC, a registered investment advisory firm. The firm catered to high net worth individuals, managing personal and retirement assets. In July 2000, F&G Capital Management merged with Harrington Wealth Management Company. Mr. Goodman earned a B.S. from Tulane University and an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas, where he was named to the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

Larry S. O'Callaghan, MBA, Senior Vice President of Client Relations

Mr. O'Callaghan joined Harrington Wealth Management Company in 2001. Prior to that, he served approximately six years in portfolio management positions. Mr. O'Callaghan's successful experience with Morgan Stanley, and as a financial planner in Southern California, enables him to provide exceptional insight and service to California clients. Mr. O'Callaghan earned an academic scholarship to the University of California, Irvine, where he earned a B.A. and an M.B.A.

Jill D. Hagan, Vice President of Client Relations, CTFA

Ms. Hagan joined Harrington Wealth Management in 2007 as Vice President of Client Relations in the Indianapolis market. She served as trust relations and portfolio manager for a major regional bank for many years, and has acquired thirty years of experience in the financial services industry. Ms. Hagan, who holds a bachelor's degree in business from Indiana University, has long been active in her community and in non-profit organizations. She is a member of the Planned Giving Group of Indiana, Indianapolis Economic Club, Institute for Certified Bankers, CFA Society of Indianapolis and the CFA Institute.

jeffrey whynot, Vice President of Client Relations

Mr. Whynot joined Harrington Wealth Management in 2008 as Vice President of Client Relations in the Phoenix, Arizona market. Mr. Whynot has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, including financial advisory and marketing management positions with Fidelity Investments, Merrill Lynch and Citigroup. Most recently, Mr. Whynot was a financial consultant with an independent wealth management firm where he provided sophisticated investment, retirement planning, insurance, and estate planning services to individuals, small businesses and government entities. Mr. Whynot holds a bachelor’s degree in administrative science from Yale University. He is involved in several community activities, including the Fountain Hills Chamber Leadership Institute.

Joshua W. Marble, Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager

Mr. Marble was appointed Assistant Vice President - Portfolio Manager at Harrington Wealth Management in 2007. Formerly, he was responsible for asset allocation modeling, investment research, and portfolio management with Ameriprise. Mr. Marble also has several years of experience in related investment management and financial advisory positions. A graduate of Southern Illinois University, Mr. Marble is a Level II Chartered Financial Analyst Candidate.
